Nasdaq European IPO Academy is a program designed to support private companies as they prepare for an initial public offering (IPO). The program primarily targets late‑stage growth companies with at least two years of operating history and a clear ambition to list within the next one to two years.

When applications open, we will review all expressions of interest and share more information about the enrollment process and next steps. Participation in the program typically requires one to two representatives from each company to attend the five scheduled sessions.
